Overview of the Role and Organization

The Quality Control Analyst is integral to upholding quality standards and procedures, working collaboratively with various teams. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic settings and demonstrate initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to production standards for the final output
  • Perform both internal and external quality assessments
  • Evaluate and authorize raw materials and finished goods
  • Facilitate investigations and resolutions regarding quality concerns
  • Support the development and approval of standard operating protocols
  • Oversee quality system metrics to drive continuous enhancement
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with ISO, cGMP, FDA, and HACCP regulations
Additional Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing, ideally within chemical processing
  • Expertise in statistical process control and cost evaluation
  • Excellent project management and time management capabilities
Work Environment:
  • Physical demands include occasional sitting, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug testing is required
