We are seeking a skilled Production Worker Nights to join our team at Hollandia Dairy. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting machine operators with machine operation, packing replenishment, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all food products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and removing any products that do not meet our standards.
- **Sanitation and Housekeeping**: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company sanitation procedures and performing regular housekeeping duties.
- **Documentation**: Accurately and legibly complete all required paperwork and documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- **Food Safety and Quality**: Report any food safety and quality-related issues to management immediately.
- **Attendance and Punctuality**: Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality records.
- **Physical Demands**: Be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion and work in a cold environment that averages 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
- **Physical Ability**: Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, and stoop regularly.
- **Vision**: Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- **Work Environment**: Must be able to work in a cold, wet, and/or humid environment with moderate noise levels.
