  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities of dental office teams, ensuring efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.
  • Assess current bottlenecks in the patient journey, provide actionable improvement plans, and ensure process completion.
  • Oversee processing of dental claims and manage electronic funds transfer payments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement dental care for patients based on individual requirements.
  • Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.
  • Lead a team of non-clinical (front desk) and clinical (assistants) teammates by hiring, training, mentoring, and providing accountability.
