Job Overview:

As a Concessions Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the concession services at various recreational facilities. This role involves leading a team to ensure exceptional food quality and customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily concession operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to concession staff, including task assignments and training.
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in concessions, food service, or hospitality is preferred.

Certifications:

Upon hiring, candidates will be required to obtain the following certifications within 30 days:

  • First Aid, CPR, AED
  • ServSafe
  • TIPS alcohol server & seller training
