We are seeking a Medical Screener - Reception Technician to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a Medical Screener, you will be responsible for greeting donors, conducting registration procedures, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors.

• Assist donors in completing the screening process, including assessing health history, answering medical questions, and performing health screening procedures.
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in our electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment, and ensure sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to donor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth donor flow and resolve any issues that may arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
