REACH Medical Holdings is actively seeking a skilled King Air 200 Aircraft Commander to deliver essential medical air transport services. This role offers a competitive salary range of $107,256 - $117,982, complemented by a 20% Geo Modifier.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $15,000 sign-on bonus (post successful training/checkride completion)
- $40,000 retention bonus (after a 6-month waiting period, within a 3-year program)
- 7/7 work schedule
- $5,000 relocation assistance

Key Responsibilities:
The Aircraft Commander will collaborate with a dedicated team of medical professionals to ensure the safe transport of patients to various locations. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring aircraft readiness for flight as per regulatory and company standards, including cleanliness duties.
- Maintaining precise documentation and records for shifts, load manifests, and other necessary paperwork.
- Communicating effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, and partner facilities.
- Providing transition information to incoming pilots and adhering to company protocols.
- Upholding required certifications and participating in ongoing training.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) certification required.
- Willingness to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license.
- Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
- 2,500 total flight hours, including:
- 2,000 Fixed Wing hours
- 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours
- 500 Cross Country hours
- 500 multi-engine hours
- 100 night hours
- 75 instrument hours (50 actual)
Working Conditions:
- Must be prepared to work in various weather conditions.
- Responsibilities may include de-icing the aircraft and assisting with towing and hangar maneuvers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Schedule:
- The pilot schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, with 7 days on and 7 days off, typically starting at 0500 or 1700. Flight shifts may occasionally extend beyond 12 hours, but generally do not exceed 15 hours.
