Job SummaryWest River Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and procedures with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ultrasound exams and procedures with correct positioning, technique, and equipment operations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient exams and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in allied health or a related field
  • Registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • 1-year experience in ultrasound imaging, including general, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular exams
  • Ability to maintain a license with North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy state board
