**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Lean Specialist to join our team at The J.R. Simplot Company. As a Lean Specialist, you will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency and reducing waste throughout our facility.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and supporting cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing lean solutions, and providing training and coaching to employees on lean principles and tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent work history
  • 3+ years related experience in lean manufacturing or a related field
  • Green Belt certification in Six Sigma is preferred
