  • Provide direct services and support to students and families, including crisis intervention, home visits, conflict resolution, individual and group counseling, consultation, program development, dropout prevention, graduation awareness, and coordination of school and community services
  • Advocate for students and their families, ensuring they receive appropriate services and support
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders on behalf of students and their families
  • Develop and implement programs that promote student and family success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • Able to bend, stoop, carry, push, or pull
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds routinely and 50 pounds occasionally
