Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Originator to originate and close residential home loans. As a key member of our sales and origination team, you'll be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and best-in-class service
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the mortgage process and product knowledge
  • Analyze local mortgage needs and stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and the competitive landscape
  • Develop long-term relationships with realtors, homebuilders, and other self-generated purchase-focused referral sources through daily, weekly, and monthly touches
  • Originate and close residential home loans

Requirements

  • Currently producing Mortgage Loan Originators with stable work history
  • Closing at least 1 residential home loan a month on average
  • Must be currently licensed with NMLS
  • Must have an established referral database for sourcing your own purchase leads
