We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs.
Responsibilities- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Ensure nursing standards and facility policies are met
- Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
- Help with investigations into incidents, ensuring they're reported accurately
- Train nursing staff and supervise them
- Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hourly pay range: $42-$68
- Choice of facilities and shifts (weekends, overnight, per diem, etc.)
- Paid weekly or even daily
