Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Pines at Heartwood An Assisted Living Program. As an LPN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Nursing Interventions: Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Supervision: Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
