Property Management Handyman

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Repair Technician to join our property management team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our residential properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or renovation, as well as strong maintenance skills. You will be able to complete common apartment service requests, including light plumbing and electrical work, changing and repairing light bulbs and locks, and installing and repairing appliances.
You will also be responsible for performing pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots. A strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability are essential for this role, as well as the ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
Benefits include medical, dental, and competitive weekly pay, all while gaining on-site experience. Temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positions are available.
Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour.
