  • Work closely with leadership to identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Prioritize and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and effective implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance patient safety and care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality and patient safety.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, leaders, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 24 months of hire.
  • RN Licensure in the State of Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC) required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a healthcare quality management and performance improvement role.
