Residential Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Management Expert to join our team as a Home Sales Inspector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch protection to homeowners against pests and termites.
Estimated First Year Earnings: $56k+
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough 360-degree inspections of homes to identify pest and termite issues
- Develop strategic recommendations to customers based on inspection findings
- Schedule sales appointments with potential customers to explain Orkin's products and services
- Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes, including attics, crawl spaces, and roof tops
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
