Job Responsibilities

- Delivering high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities">
- Observing and reporting on resident conditions">
- Monitoring and reporting on resident vital signs">
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by sanitizing surfaces and changing linens">
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)">
- Repositioning and transporting residents as needed">
- Liaising between staff, residents, and family members for ongoing communication and transparency">
- Engaging with residents and responding to their needs">
- Following care plans and adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and policies">
Requirements and Qualifications

- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification">
- Understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology">
- Ability to communicate with medical professionals and patients/residents/family members">
- High level of attention to detail">
- Lifting requirement of at least 50 lbs">
Salary Estimate: $30-$40 per hour
