About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative People Analyst to join our dynamic People team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy through advanced quantitative analysis, data mining, and impactful data visualization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor People team KPIs.
  • Perform statistical analysis to analyze trends and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Spearhead the automation and preparation of regular reports on People team's KPIs.
  • Define business needs through discovery sessions with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar analytics visualization tools.
  • Strong background in data manipulation and analysis.
Industry Experience
  • Prior experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably within Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and tools, including Workday and Greenhouse, is advantageous.
