The Custodial Technician is responsible for performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment that aligns with our company’s vision of teamwork and professionalism.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
  • Sweep and mop floors, hallways, offices, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas.
  • Empty and clean trash containers, transporting waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Strip and wax floors, and shampoo carpets according to a maintenance schedule.
  • Dust and wipe surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
  • Wash walls, windows, and other surfaces as needed.
  • Sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
  • Maintain restroom supply levels, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
  • Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs as necessary.
  • Dust and clean air vents.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, talk, sit, and use hands.
  • Capability to ascend or descend ladders and stairs.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 55 pounds or more.
  • Skills in data entry, communication, and basic math.
  • Knowledge of safety and product handling.
Work Environment:
  • Noise level: Moderate.
  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
  • Specific risks include the use of electrically powered cleaning equipment and cleaning substances.
