Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Merchandise Coordinator. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Receiving and Merchandising: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Training and Development: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles to increase effectiveness.
• Productivity and Quality: Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary to ensure tasks and activities are completed according to store plan.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, as well as organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area.

• Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Communication and Organization: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
