We are seeking an experienced Arborist Laborer to join our team at Design Tree Maintenance, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ.
Salary: $180-$375 per day, competitive pay for a full-time position with generous benefits.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience on a tree crew and 2+ years as a Foreman, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
About the Job:
As an Arborist Laborer, you will be responsible for planning and organizing tasks, climbing to perform trimming or removal as needed, and communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
You will train and mentor your crew, sharing your knowledge and expertise, while maintaining equipment and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
