Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Convalescent Center. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they are following established procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Washington.
  • Experience in long-term care nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of resident rights and abuse/neglect procedures.
