Compensation and Benefits
- $325,000 salary in year 1, increasing to $350,000 in year 2
- Partnership opportunity beginning in year 3, with average annual salary of $450,000

Work Environment
Our group operates two level II trauma facilities within 30 minutes of each other, with a combined annual volume of 110,000 patients. We have a strong team of experienced physicians, nurses, and support staff, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Ability to work 16 8-hour shifts per month, with a mix of day and night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
