Job Description & Requirements

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in Burlington County and Camden County, NJ.

Job Summary: As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing palliative care to clients in their homes, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities:

  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and comfort care.
  • Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Perform client assessments as necessary.
  • Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

Qualifications:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
