About the Role:

This hybrid position will be based in our Boulder, CO office, but primarily remote in the Denver Metro area. You will report to the Program Manager and work closely with our team to provide information, assistance, and referrals to clients regarding mental health services. Your expertise in bilingual Spanish language skills will enable you to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients over the phone and refer them to agencies as needed.
  • Determine when to refer clients elsewhere based on their needs.
  • Provide proper handoffs to other organizations to help clients seek services.
  • Conduct intakes to learn about clients, assess their needs, and provide client care and clinical support.
