Pine Canyon Club is seeking a highly skilled Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation.
  • Have knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
  • Set the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for delivering food.
  • Organize plates in the window and match each one with each ticket to run food out to tables.
  • Set tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
  • Ensure each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.
  • Correct menu items with the chef before delivering if they do not meet specifications.
  • Fill and refill water glasses and remove place settings not being used.
  • Clear dishes in front of guests upon completion of course.
  • Clear and reset tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs at tables, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins.
  • Assist servers when needed.
  • Keep workstations well stocked of items and ingredients.
  • Clean workstations, take out trash, and vacuum the dining room.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.
