Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Stability Direct. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with radiologists to provide accurate diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer x-ray procedures, including fluoroscopy and operating c-arms, in various settings.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment, solutions, and materials for patients.
  • Clean and disinfect x-ray rooms and equipment to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
  • Document fluoro time, schedule cases, and resolve exceptions as necessary.
  • Protect patients and staff from radiation exposure by utilizing proper technique factors and ALARA principles.
  • Ensure images are properly oriented, identified, and marked before transmitting to PACS.
  • Differentiate anatomical abnormalities and bring information to the attention of radiologists.
  • Compile Quality Assurance data for regulatory agency compliance.
  • Assist in making x-ray copies and performing other film library duties as needed.
  • Train new staff members and students in radiologic procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain a high level of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of x-ray technology.
  • Current and valid NJ licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
Work Schedule:

Full-time position with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Some call may be required.
