Spooling Specialist
PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Spooling Specialist to join our team. As a Spooling Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of cables by performing visual inspections and re-spools them as needed. This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 6am-2:30pm with a 30-minute meal break. The ideal candidate will have experience with spooling and coiling machines and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be required to wear safety glasses and working gloves, and other personal protective equipment may be required on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities:
• Operation of spooling and/or coiling machine to visually inspect the appearance of the cable
• Measure diameter of the cable
• Identify conductors AWG
• Fill out tags/labels, forms, and traveler
• Cut to length based on work order requirements
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
• Reads and writes English well enough to read work order and fill out paperwork
• Math skills and use of a calculator
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. with support and assistance

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
