Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Women's Care and Infants team at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practice. You will model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth, contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
  • Prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practice.
  • Modeling proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
  • Contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • A minimum of 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
  • NRP certification within 6 months of hire.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
