Position Overview:
This role is designated for the Community Services Division within the United States Space Force.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and order in designated areas.
The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift weights of 50 pounds or more, as well as moving furniture and working from heights.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties involve ensuring that assigned spaces are kept tidy and hygienic.
- Perform vacuuming of carpets and upholstery.
- Sweep, mop, strip, scrub, wax, and polish floors utilizing industrial-grade cleaning equipment.
- Adjust and replace buffers, brushes, and other attachments on cleaning machinery.
- Dust, wax, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty waste receptacles and ashtrays.
- Clean glass surfaces, including windows and partitions, using ladders as necessary.
- Sanitize lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls, ensuring they are disinfected and deodorized.
- Report maintenance issues such as leaks or blockages to the supervisor.

Supplies Management:
Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed or when equipment requires servicing.

Conditions of Employment:
This position necessitates a background investigation with favorable results. A pre-employment physical examination is required, with subsequent evaluations every three years to confirm ongoing physical capability to perform job duties.

Qualifications:
