Addictions Therapist

Sandy Pines is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Addictions Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients recovering from addiction
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' substance dependency status
• Advise family members and friends on how to support patients during the recovery process

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• State licensing or certification as a substance abuse counselor
• At least 2 years' experience working with children and adolescents in a substance abuse/addiction treatment program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
