About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for students and staff
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients
  • Supervise and train junior staff members
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for food and customer service
  • Ability to work within set budgets and plan menus accurately
  • Good health and safety knowledge
