Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bi-Lingual Mental Health Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. as a Mental Health Worker. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in clinical social work, counseling, or clinical psychology and have a minimum of two years of clinical practice experience in a hospital or community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term case management services to clients through a variety of specialized programs.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients to facilitate the receipt of services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address motivational and psychosocial problems of clients.
  • Provide individual counseling and concrete assistance to support clients' capacity for self-sufficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client treatment and progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical social work, counseling, or clinical psychology.
  • Minimum two years of clinical practice experience in a hospital or community setting.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish required.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Work Schedule
