We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business results, improving patient care, and building strong relationships with hospital partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners, ensuring compliance with contractual responsibilities and exceeding expectations.
  • Financial Management: Drive bottom-line results by managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and communicating with vendors.
  • Patient Care: Impact patient lives by delivering optimal clinical outcomes, monitoring patient clinical outcomes, and working with doctors, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Teamwork: Develop, mentor, and inspire a cohesive team, building a team of clinicians to achieve optimal results.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.).
  • Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
