Position Overview:

Role Summary:
Faculty at Carrington College are proactive, responsible, and innovative educators who are committed to student success and the College's mission. Our instructors are adept in various teaching modalities relevant to their specific programs.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated starting salary for this role ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 annually.

Our comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with flexible spending and health savings accounts.

Employees can earn two to three weeks of paid vacation within their first five years, in addition to eleven paid holidays. We also provide state-compliant sick leave, disability coverage, and company-sponsored life insurance. A 401k profit-sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance for employees are also part of our offerings.

- Pharmacy Technology Certificate of Achievement
- California State Pharmacy Technician licensure
- CPhT or EXCPT certification
- A minimum of three years of practical experience in a pharmacy setting
- CPR certification
