Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks outlined on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Conduct test drives and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services required, providing estimates for time needed for further repairs
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • ASE certifications are preferred
  • Strong background in automotive repair
  • Excellent teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Must possess a clean and valid driver's license
