About the Role


The Registration Representative plays a vital role in the care we deliver at Emanate Health. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, courteous, and professional processing of all patient registrations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Obtain authorizations and determine patient financial responsibility
  • Accurately document patient information and financial data
  • Perform light to medium work, including pushing wheelchairs

Requirements


  • High School or equivalent preferred
  • Some college or technical school preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Computer skills for data entry required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Insurance verification experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred

Work Environment


Hours include but are not limited to weekends, holidays, and shift 3.
