Caulking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Caulking and Assembly Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the caulking and assembly of complex parts from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and perfect caulking and assembly techniques
• Build to productivity and quality goals
• Assemble components and finished goods to product specifications
• Ability to interpret product diagrams/blueprints
• Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in a related field
• Ability to read/learn blueprints and other product specification documents
• Proficient in the use of hand/air tools and torque specs
• Ability to use measuring instruments preferred
