About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vascular Interventional Technologist to assist physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided vascular and non-vascular procedures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing sophisticated fluoroscopic equipment to capture images of blood vessels and internal anatomy for diagnostic and therapeutic benefit.
Responsibilities- Utilize advanced imaging technology to capture high-quality images of blood vessels and internal anatomy.
- Assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, and more.
- Develop and maintain professional and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Maintain current CPR/ACLS, Maryland State License, and ARRT certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
- 3 years' experience in a progressive acute care setting hospital performing IR, Neuro, and Vascular cases.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Vascular Interventional Radiography, or equivalent.
- ARRT Certification.
- Licensed by the State of Maryland as a radiographer.
- CPR/ACLS Certified.
