Academic Scholar - Cytopathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Scholar – Cytopathologist to join our team at the Department of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, SUNY at Buffalo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all duties of an attending pathologist, including general and subspecialty surgical pathology, cytopathology, and select areas of laboratory medicine.
  • Conduct autopsies and participate in tumor boards, clinical pathology activities, residency teaching, and medical/dental undergraduate educational teaching.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in head and neck pathology, with a strong focus on diagnostic accuracy and patient care.
Requirements:
  • MD, DO, or equivalent Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • AP/CP Board Certified; Cytopathology Board Certified (preferred).
