Healthcare Professional: LPN Role in Home Setting

About the RoleThis position involves providing one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care, and documenting care provided.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as directed by physicians.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care with healthcare teams, and educate family members on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Current good standing license as an LPN in the state of practice.
- At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or similar settings.
- Current CPR certification and willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
