Position OverviewAs a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services. This position involves working in various healthcare settings, providing essential diagnostic support.
Key Responsibilities- Specialty: CT Technologist
- Discipline: Allied Health Professional
- Employment Type: Travel
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours
- Shift: 10-hour days
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT
- Current BCLS certification
- ARRT certification in CT is mandatory
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or complex cases is preferred
- Familiarity with Siemens scanners is advantageous
- Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings is required
- General Skills: Proficiency in PACS and contrast administration
- Preferred Skills: IV starts, portable imaging, and biopsies
- CT Procedures: Experience in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, and CTA is required
- Preferred CT Procedures: Aspirations, brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, and transplant studies
This position may require working weekends and holidays, with potential for varied shifts during assignments. Candidates must be flexible and ready to adapt to the needs of the facility.
