Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform thorough histories and physicals for patients admitted to the service, with follow-up as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals.
  • Collaborate with subspecialty teams to ensure comprehensive care and address complex medical issues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Must have an M.D., D.O., or foreign degree equivalent.
  • Must be eligible for Wisconsin medical license and Board Certification/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or in the final year of ACGME accredited program leading to certification.
