We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by J-Quint, LLC. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and lighting
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant's exterior
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
