Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Your technical skills and genuine passion for caring will help develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state-approved certification.
  • Experience PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation packages that include an estimated annual salary of $62,500, significantly above industry standards. We also recognize your most recent dialysis experience to calculate paid time off accrual.
