Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Planner to join our team. As a Transportation Planner, you will work under the supervision of our Transportation Program Manager and collaborate with MassDOT, LRTA, and other local, state, and federal transportation-related contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transportation plans that meet the needs of our clients and communities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify transportation needs and develop solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to inform transportation planning decisions
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in transportation planning, urban planning, or a related field
- Proven experience in transportation planning, preferably in a public agency or consulting firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
