Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Shields Health Care Group. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and accuracy
• Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal results
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an MRI Technologist or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of MRI technology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Certification in MRI and CPR, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development
