Dining Room Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Custer State Park Resorts.
Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests.
- Ensure excellent guest service by being thoroughly familiar with the property and its services.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the dining room menu and service procedures.
- Take reservations and inquiries over the phone and schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for dinners.
- Provide exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and delivering menus.
- Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness and requisition table linens and other supplies as needed.
- Operate cash register/POS system accurately and responsibly collect payment from customers.
- Ensure work area is clean and uncluttered and total receipts at end of shift to verify sales.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role or training is desirable but not required.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving standardized situations.
- Physical demands include grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, listening, hearing, talking, and visual acuity.
