Parts Warehouse Assistant

Loving Auto Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Assistant. This role is essential for managing incoming inventory and ensuring that our parts department operates efficiently and meets dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, confirming accuracy of orders and quantities
  • Prepare and fulfill 'will call' orders for customers
  • Assist counter sales staff by picking parts as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving
  • Organize and prepare shipments for stocking
  • Support the stocking process and maintain inventory levels
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas
  • Oversee the handling of returned parts and manage their storage
  • Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and properly labeled

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Must meet the company's employment criteria
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoor conditions
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and reach overhead as necessary

Education Requirements:
