We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at OneOncology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering innovative cancer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions.
- Collaborate with our team of oncologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest urology research, best practices, and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
- Experience in urology or oncology nursing, preferably in an academic or research setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
