We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Coldwater. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our guests and their families.
In this role, you will assess the health needs of our guests, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to guests and their families. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate guest care and contribute to the development of our guests' assessment and plan of care.
Job Description
* Assess the health needs of guests and develop individualized care plans
* Provide skilled nursing care to guests, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate guest care
* Educate guests and their families on health-related topics and provide support as needed
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
* Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
* CPR certification
